Responsibilities

Lead the pursuit and kickoff of MEP-focused projects, helping shape technical solutions that support client goals and community impact

Manage the full lifecycle of MEP projects—including planning, design execution, budget tracking, invoicing, and closeout—ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery

Drive internal innovation, participating on committees and contributing to ongoing improvements in MEP project management practices

Lead multidisciplinary MEP project teams with autonomy, providing technical direction and ensuring collaboration across engineering disciplines

Serve as the central point of contact for both clients and internal teams, fostering clear communication and strong working relationships from start to finish

Oversee a variety of projects, from standalone MEP systems to complex, integrated designs within larger architectural or infrastructure developments

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering required

Degree emphasis on HVAC, electrical or plumbing design

10+ years of previous consulting experience

PE license in Florida required

Prior plan production and project management experience required

Expert knowledge of technical project delivery in 1-2 disciplines with a focus on project management, high proficiency in ERP, and client communication
