Responsibilities
Develop and define comprehensive HR transformation strategies that leverage SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module, to align with business objectives
Design end-to-end HR solutions and architectures that integrate with other systems and modules within and outside the SuccessFactors suite.and Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll
Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards
Engage with stakeholders to understand their business processes, requirements, and pain points
Advise clients on best practices in HR processes and how the Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll module can be customized to their needs
Translate business requirements into system requirements and design specifications
Qualification
Required
12-15 years of experience in SAP HCM, Employee Central, US Employee Central Payroll, Integrations with Benefitfocus, Transamerica, Fidelity, ADP Smart Compliance
Deep SAP SuccessFactors techno-functional expertise required for this role
Strong hands-on SuccessFactors experience
Proven ability to lead from a technical and functional perspective
Relevant certifications across multiple SuccessFactors modules
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll
Preferred
Exposure in Talent Modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Succession & Career Development Planning, Performance and Goal Management and Compensation Management)
