Providing primary care services for a wide range of adult patients with both acute and chronic conditions

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurses, care coordinators, and specialists to provide holistic care

Managing patient care, conducting physical exams, performing diagnostic tests, and interpreting results

Educating patients and families on managing chronic conditions and promoting preventive care

Participating in patient care planning and follow-up to ensure continuity of care
