They are seeking a junior or mid-level Network Planning Engineer to prepare and follow-up system strategies and coordinate hardware and software supplies. The role involves collecting business needs and providing consultancy about systems functionality.

Responsibilities

Prepare and follow-up system strategy. Hardware and software lifecycle. Load prediction hardware/software and sizing

Contract scope and terms control (supply, service, NDA)

Participate in tender to get experience

Lead system deployment, system extension, new services (HW/SW/services):

Initiate purchase orders

Coordinate hardware supply with partner and logistic function

Control software supply, including needed documents preparation

Coordinate works with partner, maintenance team, other supporting functions: prepare plan, supervise execution

Collect business needs and prepare technical requirements for new services/solutions

Provide consultancy to business about systems functionality

Ready to consider candidates without experience but with basic theoretical knowledge

Basic GSM/UMTS/LTE architecture knowledge

Basic IP network

English level: Pre-intermediate or higher
