Responsibilities
Design and lead the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing microservices-based architectures
Architect solutions leveraging GraphQL APIs for optimized data access and flexible integrations
Provide technical oversight to multiple agile engineering pods, ensuring consistent delivery standards
Partner with Product, Design, and Application teams to co-create seamless, user-first digital experiences
Lead integration with third-party solutions and APIs, ensuring security and performance best practices. Technical oversight of integration with key enterprise systems, including CRM platforms, pricing engines, payment gateways, and external services
Participate in and contribute to ARB governance, presenting architectural decisions and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles
Drive adoption of DevOps, SRE, and CI/CD best practices
Evaluate and implement AI-powered features in collaboration with data and innovation teams
Identify and mitigate risks related to data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards by implementing necessary controls and protocols
Qualification
Required
10+ years in digital engineering, software architecture, and solution design
Proven expertise in designing and implementing microservices architectures
Hands-on experience working with GraphQL and integrating APIs and third-party platforms
Strong collaboration skills, especially in partnering with application teams to ensure aligned, cohesive digital solutions
Experience contributing to and guiding ARB governance decisions
Knowledge of modern agile practices, DevOps tooling, and CI/CD workflows
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent technical leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven track record of delivering complex projects and driving innovation within an organization
