Responsibilities
Coordinate ambulatory experiences and resident scheduling to ensure efficient workflows and quality care
Integrate osteopathic principles and manipulative treatment into training and curriculum
Continuously evaluate and enhance the ambulatory curriculum in alignment with accreditation standards
Lead resident education, mentorship, and wellness initiatives
Support program administration, including accreditation, recruitment, evaluation, and strategic planning
Rotate clinically into inpatient teaching service, outpatient precepting and private patient clinics in Primary care
Teach medical students and Advanced Practice Practitioner students
Qualification
Required
Board-certified Internal Medicine Clinician Educator
Experience in shaping educational and clinical experiences
Ability to coordinate ambulatory experiences and resident scheduling
Integration of osteopathic principles and manipulative treatment into training and curriculum
Continuous evaluation and enhancement of the ambulatory curriculum in alignment with accreditation standards
Leadership in resident education, mentorship, and wellness initiatives

Clinical rotation experience in inpatient teaching service, outpatient precepting, and private patient clinics in Primary care
Preferred
Experience teaching medical students and Advanced Practice Practitioner students
Academic appointment within Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine and Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine
