Required

Education: BS in Project Management or Construction Management. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Experience: Minimum 7-10 years' experience managing structured cabling and integrated systems projects

Experienced in the management of multiple contractual types and vehicles-lump sum, cost plus / GMP, unit price, design-build / design-assist, time, and material

Skills: Ability to identify change events and implement change management best practices

Knowledge of various construction technology platforms, quality, and safety standards
