Entegee is seeking a highly experienced CNC Programmer with strong Mastercam expertise for a full-time role. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for programming and supporting complex machining operations across 5-axis milling and multi-axis lathe systems, while also collaborating with machinists to ensure efficiency and quality in production.

Responsibilities

Program, optimize, and support 5-axis CNC milling and turning operations using Mastercam

Develop programs for multi-tasking/multi-axis machines, including mill-turn (Multis) machines with live tooling

Collaborate with machinists to ensure efficient setups, tooling strategies, and cycle times

Troubleshoot and refine programs at the machine to ensure quality, accuracy, and repeatability

Lead complex machining projects and serve as a technical mentor to existing 3- and 4-axis programmers

Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining strategies for various steel alloys

Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications

Support continuous improvement initiatives in programming methods and machining processes
