Required

5 years of progressing mechanics experience – preferably some golf course specific experience

Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Must be organized, motivated and efficient with a high attention to detail

Knowledge of gasoline, diesel and 2 cycle motors

Knowledge of hydraulic systems

Knowledge of grinding equipment and proper reel and bed knife grinding techniques

Must keep thorough records of preventative maintenance and inventories
