Responsibilities
Selling staffing services for accounting and finance roles (think: staff accountants to controllers, AP/AR to analysts)
Using your finance expertise to connect with clients and truly understand their hiring needs
Prospecting new business via phone, LinkedIn, and networking events
Building and managing long-term client relationships
Partnering with recruiting teams to ensure top-tier placements
Expanding your accounts by introducing clients to our other staffing specialties
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in Staffing Sales and Client Development
High School Diploma or higher
Proven ability to cold call, overcome objections, and close deals
Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a team-first attitude
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Have experience in accounting, audit, FP&A, or financial services — and want to stay in the world, just in a different way
Are a natural relationship builder who enjoys helping people and solving problems
Want a more entrepreneurial path with unlimited earning potential
Have strong communication and follow-up skills
