Service Credit Union is seeking a Cash Management Officer who will be responsible for the development and growth of the business deposit portfolio and managing business member relationships. The role involves establishing new business relationships, supporting compliance with deposit policies, and providing exceptional service to business members.

Responsibilities

Open new business accounts for business lending members, complex business relationships, online referrals, and businesses outside of New Hampshire

Consult with members and prospective members to determine their financial needs, collecting necessary cash management/ deposit services information and advising on the selection of appropriate depository and investment products

Travel to meet with potential and current business members for growth and relationship development

Support and provide exceptional service to business members

Direct support of the Manager, Cash Management and the Cash Management team in all business deposit services initiatives

Maintain all ancillary systems and services related to business accounts and their products or offerings related to business services in conjunction with the Manager, Cash Management

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Proficient member service and sales experience

General knowledge of business deposit services or relevant experience required

Commercial Banking experience helpful with the aptitude to assimilate applicable member business deposit regulations and the Credit Unions member business policies and procedures

Ability to work effectively, adhere to service delivery standards and promote teamwork within the team and with colleagues in other units, vendors and particularly branch locations

Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Effective organizational and analytical skills, coupled with computer literacy

Sound judgement and decision-making ability

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience

Financial services experience or a relevant field is required
