Responsibilities
Design and implement dashboards that make use of automated pipelines for data science and actuarial models, enhancing the precision and efficiency of risk assessments and forecasting
Develop and maintain robust dashboard structures to efficiently structure insights on top of healthcare claims and clinical data feeds
Partner with actuaries and data scientists to translate complex models, including MCPs and large language models, into scalable, production-ready software solutions
Write and refine backend code to improve speed, scalability, and reliability across our platform
Design and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines with a focus on automation, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
Build intuitive, responsive front-end applications using modern frameworks to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience
Qualification
Required
2+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in data-intensive environments
Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (React, Node.js); experience with additional backend languages such as Go or Java is preferred
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; GCP or Azure acceptable)
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, with attention to privacy and security best practices
Proficient in SQL, R, and Databricks, with a strong understanding of data manipulation techniques for high-performance analytics
Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset with a passion for innovation in healthcare technology
Preferred
Experience with additional backend languages such as Go or Java
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; GCP or Azure acceptable)
