Responsibilities

Make 50–100 outbound phone calls per day to engage prospects
Research and identify potential leads within target industries
Build strong relationships with prospective clients through excellent communication
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong interest in sales and a desire to learn and grow

Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection with professionalism
No prior experience is necessary, but internships or previous customer-facing roles are a plus
