Responsibilities
Create positive and memorable experiences for customers that in turn builds brand loyalty
Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast paced environment whilst servicing customers
Participate in general store maintenance; cleanliness & upkeep of store
Support the initiatives of the leadership team to drive sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence
Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business; including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events
Provide exceptional customer service by creating positive and memorable shopping experiences that build brand loyalty
Assist in achieving store performance goals through effective selling techniques and client engagement
Contribute to store cleanliness, upkeep, and operational tasks such as opening and closing duties, and using technology like Shopify and Endear
Support visual display initiatives to ensure the store reflects brand standards
Work closely with team members, providing support during new store openings, events, and coverage needs within the Leap cluster
Perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and special events
Handle lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and maintaining an active presence on the sales floor
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience; background in similar category preferred
Comfortability working with/using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs
Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time
