Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in managing personal injury/ employment law cases from inception to resolution

Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible

Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements

Perform legal research to support case strategies, including identifying relevant statutes, regulations, and case law

File legal documents with the appropriate courts and agencies, ensuring compliance with filing deadlines and local rules

Assist attorneys in preparing for court appearances, including organizing exhibits and witness lists
