Responsibilities
Develop and apply mathematical and statistical models to analyze HR and operational data
Design and implement data collection strategies and statistical methodologies to support program goals
Interpret and summarize complex numerical data to produce clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
Prepare detailed reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate findings effectively
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations
Collaborate with program managers, analysts, and technical teams to support strategic planning and performance evaluation
May oversee or mentor less senior statisticians and analysts on assigned tasks or projects
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to work independently on high-visibility or mission-critical projects
Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
Master's degree (MA/MS) in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in statistical analysis, preferably in a federal or DoD environment
Must have a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)
Must be a US citizen
Preferred
Experience working with military or government HR data systems
Familiarity with economic statistics or workforce analytics
Knowledge of federal data privacy and security standards
