Responsibilities

Conduct independent and collaborative research and publish findings in research and working paper series of the Institute as well as academic and business journals
Attend conferences, participate in public and private events, and engage in dialogue with policymakers and the private sector
Maintain a social media presence

Qualification

PhD in EconomicsExperience in policy researchAnalytical skillsWritten communicationVerbal communication

Required

PhD in Economics, Finance, or related social-science field
3-5 years of experience in academia or at a policy research institution desired
Excellent analytical skills, keen interest in macro-financial issues
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities - Ability to explain financial topics in clear terms to a non-technical audience is essential
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire
