Responsibilities

Work closely with Plant Management and Functional Teams to identify process bottlenecks
Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements across the plant and business
Maintain process operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing project, operational and personnel policies and procedures
Lead the Process Engineering Team at the plant
Initiate and lead projects that improve end-to-end processes: setup, validation, and audit measurement systems to deliver business impact
Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solutions, implementing action plans, and providing resources
Conduct quality awareness and Sigma Belt trainings within the organization
Coach project team members to fulfill certification requirements, quality, and process improvement objectives
Drive the highest levels of employee retention and engagement to ensure a sustainable workforce
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the organization
Instill an environment of inclusion, where all employees feel that they can contribute and impact the company in a positive manner

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field
Minimum five (5) years' experience as a Process Engineer in an industrial manufacturing environment involved with product trials, customer complaints and product testing
Minimum three (3) years of experience leading/supervising/managing high-performance teams in a similar environment
Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and develop others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong ability to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and hold direct reports accountable for consistently achieving goals
Exceptional team motivator with the ability to energize and inspire teams to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions
Decisive and strategic thinker with the ability to make quick, well-informed decisions that drive positive organizational outcomes
Skilled in identifying problems and process improvement opportunities, coupled with the ability to develop and implement creative, effective solutions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and information effectively to diverse audiences, including customers and all levels of the organization
Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10% of the time as needed to support organizational goals
Strong knowledge of machinery, including its design, functionality, and practical applications
