They are seeking two Athletic Facilities and Event Management Interns to gain hands-on experience in managing NCAA Division II athletic facilities and assist in various operational aspects of the athletic department.

Responsibilities
Work as game manager for any of the University’s 22 athletic programs
Assist in the coordination and production of internal & external special events
Aid in the production of athletic gameday setups, transitions, and breakdowns
Promote student employee success through the supervision and training of student support staff
Scheduling student support staff, maintaining payment records, and communicating event needs with student support staff
Perform indoor and outdoor facility upkeep and maintenance
Operate scorekeeping equipment, AV equipment, and limited heavy machinery
Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree

Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
All other duties as assigned
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
