Sales Executive for Building Owners, London/ Leeds
Dalux is an international market leader developing innovative software for the construction and real estate industries. They are seeking a Sales Executive focused on building owners to drive growth by engaging with clients and ensuring excellent service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities
Proactively reaching out to potential clients and uncovering new business opportunities
Building strong, long-lasting relationships with building owners and real estate stakeholders
Presenting and demonstrating Dalux solutions, tailored to customer needs
Collaborating with our Customer Success team to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding
Managing the full sales process including contract negotiations and pricing
Representing Dalux at trade shows, seminars, and industry events
Qualification
Preferred
Experience in B2B sales—preferably in SaaS, PropTech or Facility Management
Familiarity with the Owner segment and/or real estate operations
A structured and self-motivated way of working, with a strong customer focus
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
