Responsibilities

Work with our engineering, IT, and infrastructure teams to secure the entire Cloudflare global network and enterprise
Deploy and manage security tools that help address security risk at a global scale
Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure adherence to standards
Ensure our global infrastructure is secure from all attacks, ranging from 'script kiddies' to nation states

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of previous experience in cyber security
Strong relationship building with cross functional teams
Experience working with corporate Information Technology platforms and systems
Advanced security practices for Linux, MacOS, Windows systems
Experience with public cloud security best practices (GCP, Azure, etc.)
Ability to clearly communicate complex security requirements to stakeholders at all levels
Ability to build and nurture robust working relationships with stakeholders
Ability to navigate ambiguity, and provide clarity to complex situations
Strong background in deploying and supporting infrastructure and security technologies
Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Terraform, Ansible)
Advanced programming experience (Python, Golang, Bash, etc.)
Experience with securing Google Workspace
Experience with risk review and evaluations of configurations
