Responsibilities
Attain annual revenue and profit objectives for forensic services
Cultivate, nurture, and oversee the growth of the forensic team
Engage in advisory meetings and provide support to staff as required to enhance business performance
Sustain relationships with essential clients
Initiate project leads and actively pursue them to fruition
Craft proposals and engage in negotiations for supplementary services
Oversee and track project advancement and financial budgets
Deliver exceptional technical assistance to clients
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural/MEP Engineering
Professional licensure in Illinois
8+ years of Forensic experience
Ability to lead and grow the forensic practice through business development, client engagement, and team mentorship
Ability to prioritize high volume of activity and delegate effectively
Ability to manage client relationships and maintain communication with client after project is finished for securing possible future work
Ability to manage professional and support staff, including outside consultants assigned to the project
Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of complex Forensics projects
Ability to manage conflict resolution with minimal Managing Principal or officer involvement
Preferred
master's degree or higher
