Collaborate with the direct sales team and affiliated sales associates to strategize and execute market development initiatives in competitive and newly regulated markets
Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies
Act as a 'closer,' leveraging strong negotiation skills and industry knowledge to secure partnerships and contracts
Develop tailored sales strategies that resonate with potential clients and stakeholders in the charitable gaming sector
Stay informed about external influences from adjacent industries that impact charitable gaming, including VLTs, amusement, and skill game companies
Provide insights and recommendations on how charitable gaming strategies can deliver long-term benefits for charitable customers
Lead initiatives aimed at educating stakeholders on the dynamics of charitable gaming and its advantages
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals and objectives
Travel 65-75% of the time to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new market opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the gaming or charitable sectors
Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth
Strong understanding of the charitable gaming landscape and adjacent industries
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities
