Responsibilities
Develop site design plans including layout, grading, storm drainage, water and sanitary sewer systems
Produce mass grading plans, roadway grades, alignments, and earthwork calculations
Prepare construction quantity takeoffs and support subdivision layout
Complete supporting calculations and permitting documents
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
Perform field work and office-based design tasks
Support multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
Qualification
Required
A.A.S. or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5–10 years of civil site/CADD design experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (2018 or higher), Excel, and MS Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with site and construction permitting processes
Familiarity with reading and applying codes, regulations, and design guidelines
Ability to manage competing deadlines in a team-oriented environment
Comfortable interacting with clients and the public
Preferred
E.I. or P.E. licensure preferred but not required
Business development and proposal support experience a plus
