Responsibilities

Create plans and oversee lifting operations following skills verification of large components for equipment at heights over 250’

Conduct safe and efficient repairs to all Wind Turbine electrical systems

Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) of equipment as an Authorized Person

Evaluate, inspect, diagnose and document internal and external composite damage, then photograph and assemble documentation as required

Perform coating and structural repairs of internal and external composite structures, such as wind turbine blades and nacelles

Modify and repair fiberglass, carbon fiber, resin and other composite materials as needed

Conduct assembly, repair and maintenance of equipment on Siemens, GE, and/or Gamesa turbines following specific instructions when provided

Perform preventive maintenance and service on wind turbines, including inspections, component checks, lubrication, and software updates

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on wind turbines and related equipment
