Responsibilities

Working hands-on in a shop environment, as a team member, on a range of composite fabrication tasks
High Attention to detail
Ability to accurately record job progress in ERP applications
Excellent work ethic
Effective use of power tools, air tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
Composite parts fabrication using prepreg carbon fiber materials, wet layups and vacuum infusion
Large-scale bonded and fastened composite assemblies
Layup and/or infusion of carbon fiber tools for composite parts
Experience building items requiring detailed, hands-on craftsmanship
Organize and maintain composites area including work centers, tools, fabric racks, etc
Assist with timeline management and keep necessary teams updated on status and progress

Required

Experience with some form of composite processes
High Attention to detail
Ability to accurately record job progress in ERP applications

Large-scale bonded and fastened composite assemblies
Layup and/or infusion of carbon fiber tools for composite parts

Assist with timeline management and keep necessary teams updated on status and progress
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred

Automotive Body Skills a plus
2+ years experience
