Responsibilities
Take a deeply analytical and strategic approach to solving Jane Street’s most pressing problems
Move across groups as firm priorities evolve, developing a holistic view of our business and driving cross-functional growth
Participate in a year-long set of rotations across the entirety of Jane Street’s business—including trading, technology, finance, compliance, operations, and more
Develop a broadened skill set, strong cross-group connections, and a detailed understanding of how all the pieces of our business fit together
Take ownership over strategic efforts, both within their team and in cross-functional initiatives
Move teams throughout their careers as interests and the firm’s priorities shift
Qualification
Required
A professional with a track record of success in challenging, rigorous environments
Someone who excels at taking a structured and detailed approach to solving problems, communicates effectively, can drive projects forward, and has exceptional attention to detail
Excited to learn about a wide range of disciplines and subject matter, including global market dynamics, technical systems and tooling, operational infrastructure, and more
Eager to ask questions, admit mistakes, and constantly deepen your understanding
