They are seeking a Project Manager for their Water/Wastewater Utilities team, responsible for managing project deliverables, budgets, and schedules while supporting the professional development of younger staff.

Responsibilities

Support preparation of scopes of work and budgets

Conduct studies, prepare reports, and read/develop construction plans and specifications

Manage and work collaboratively with multi-discipline teams and subconsultants

Coordinate project deliverables, manage project budgets and schedule, and identify resolution of issues

Manage quality assurance and control analysis to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations, Halff requirements, and comply with recognized standards and codes of practice

Support construction administration of projects and lead or assist permitting efforts

Expand client engagement to support long-term partnerships and project success

Foster the professional development of younger staff through mentorship and support

Support long-term visioning and strategy development in alliance with the practice

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree (preferably in Civil or Environmental Engineering)

At least 3 years of project management experience in Water/Wastewater large diameter pipeline design

Professional Engineer License (PE) in the State of Texas

Must be proficient with conducting studies, preparing reports, and reading/developing construction plans and specifications

Previous experience in coordinating project deliverables, managing project budgets and schedule, and identifying resolution of issues
