Responsibilities

Directly responsible for projects, work with the team leader in the development of plans, specifications and other contract documents for residential, commercial and industrial land development projects that include paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers, and other related items

Act as point of contact for clients, oversee project design and manage staff, as well as to mentor less experienced positions

Strong communication with support staff, clients and governmental agencies

Involved in marketing, project reporting, forecasting and client invoicing
