This position will have direct responsibility for land and site development projects, including overseeing project design, managing staff, and interacting with clients.

Qualification
Required
Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Florida, or the ability to obtain within 6 months preferred
6 years minimum experience working in Land Development design projects
Working knowledge and experience with plans production
Proficient in project management, administration, and supervision of technical staff
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player, and have a focus on quality, integrity and success
