Responsibilities

Load and manage raw materials, tools, and parts for daily print operations
Operate 3D printers and related equipment (training provided)
Follow daily instructions from site leads to support print and build tasks
Assist with basic repairs, equipment checks, and maintenance
Perform quality checks and report issues as they arise
Maintain clean, organized job sites and track materials

Qualification

Required

1+ years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or related field
Comfortable using basic tools and diagnostic equipment (e.g. multimeter)
Mechanically inclined and eager to learn new systems
Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Willing to travel and work nights/weekends as needed
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

Experience with equipment repair, 3D printing, or CNC machines
Familiarity with ticketing or inventory systems
