This role focuses on increasing residential and light commercial VRF and Mini-Split sales by collaborating with regional and territory sales managers.

Responsibilities
Developing and Managing our VRF & Ductless sales programs and promotions
Work directly with Region Sales Managers and Territory Sales Managers to generate and close new business
Report to Dealer Program Product Manager to ensure that company sales and profit goals are achieved
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills with the ability to generate new business by finding and closing new opportunities
Train all associates and customers on VRF & Ductless Products and applications
Work effectively with minimum supervision
Organized with a high sense of urgency
Solid understanding of HVAC contractors and their businesses
Minimum 5 years HVAC sales experience
Proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smart Phones, Tablets, etc
Ability and willingness to travel 50-70% of the time
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
