Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads via phone, email, or web inquiries
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, project requirements, and timelines
Provide tailored solutions and project proposals to secure new business and foster long-term client relationships
Collaborate with Project Coordinators to oversee the daily scheduling and optimization of 25+ Project Managers
Ensure projects are accurately priced, efficiently assigned, and deadlines are met
Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks
Facilitate seamless communication and alignment between Field, Sales, and Corporate teams
Organize and lead logistics and scheduling, providing regular updates to all stakeholders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, contracts, schedules, and communications
Demonstrate high emotional intelligence in interactions, building positive relationships with customers and team members

Required

Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or related field
Proven ability to manage and nurture incoming leads, driving sales growth through responsive and personalized customer service
Experience in logistical coordination and scheduling, overseeing the daily optimization of field crews and a dispersed workforce
Strong communication skills to act as a liaison between various teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
Ability to provide tailored solutions based on customer needs, leveraging internal knowledge and training
Demonstrated high emotional intelligence in interactions, building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and team members
Proactive in identifying potential challenges or risks and proposing effective solutions
Experience in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, contracts, schedules, and communications, with the ability to read and understand project plans and plan rooms
Commitment to handling each customer interaction with professionalism and care, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams, and CRM experience preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in using ERP systems with the ability to maintain accurate data and support operational processes
