Responsibilities
Provide strategic support to expand our water resources practice in Louisiana
Manage existing clients and develop new clients
Manage a project team and lead project delivery
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Water Resources project delivery
Bachelors or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
PE License in Louisiana or can obtain within 6 months
Robust communication, written and verbal skills
Proficient in project management, administration, and supervision of technical staff
Technical experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and 2D Modeling software packages
Proven business development experience
Positive attitude, self-directed yet a team player, with a focus on integrity and quality
