Responsibilities
Prepare fund tax estimates, foreign tax accruals, and other ad hoc informational requests on a monthly basis
Prepare various state and local franchise and business tax returns
Prepare state sales and use and commercial rent tax returns
Prepare annual FBAR filings
Review work papers, returns, K-1s, informational filings and notices for all fund entities and SPVs
Assist in creating management company/GP entity financial reporting
Prepare or review calculations and documentation for various types of reporting
Coordinate with external auditors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5-7 years of related experience
Experience within public accounting
Strong tax and accounting research and analytical skills
Preferred
CPA preferred
