Responsibilities
Provide in-depth support and solutions to BHG customers
Communicate with customer through various channels
Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions & products
Enter records of customer calls, interactions and inquires via a CRM system
Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Communicate with internal departments as needed
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of customer service experience
Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently
Navigate through various different software systems
MUST be able to work Monday - Friday on a 12-9PM schedule
Preferred
Associates degree preferred or related work experience
