Sr Human Resources Business Partner
Fay Financial is a diversified real estate services company offering a complete range of home ownership products and services. They are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies and programs, supporting multiple lines of business with consultation on people issues and strategies.

Responsibilities
Serving as a subject matter expert on human resource policies, process, and programs across the employee life cycle
Providing consultation and functional support to business leaders and their management teams on people issues and strategies
Engaged in the development of HR programs, workflows, tools, and resources to enhance the employee experience across the company
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field
10+ years' directly related work experience in Human Resources to include working in a business partner capacity providing direct support to business leadership
Direct experience supporting diverse business functions
Strong project management skills with experience leading initiatives across a distributed organization structure
Strong technical skills and demonstrated experience with MS Office to include Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization to drive required results
Demonstrated leadership with ability to foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust
Demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility, coupled with the ability to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities
Client focused with strong execution skills and a results orientation; able to link to business needs with tactical execution and results
High learning agility with the ability to learn and integrate multiple variables, make connections, and identify/implement successful solutions
Consultative and collaborative work style
Strong analytical skills: solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment
Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to prioritize, organize time and resources to deliver consistent results and bring projects to successful completion

Ability to train, mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
High degree of professional maturity, integrity, ability to maintain confidential data and information
High degree of business acumen; strong fiscal and technical aptitude
Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
General understanding of systems and their application to advance the efficiency of operation
Preferred
MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources
Mortgage/ financial services industry experience
Experience with ADP/ UKG HRIS platforms
