Responsibilities

Manages all program engineering efforts, staffing, team dynamics

Participates in all design reviews, tests, logistics efforts

Oversees and supports engineering teams assigned to each phase of DAF BIM from survey to O&M

Briefs leadership stakeholders regarding engineering efforts

Writes engineering plans, findings, recommendations

Supports development and review of preliminary and final SPRIP

Enforces engineering standards, policies, and regulations

Provides input to Master Scheduler regarding sequencing of tasks, durations, dependencies, deliverables, and milestones

Coordinates resource assignments with Program Manager and Task Order Project Managers

Attends or provides engineering resources to support customer meetings such as the PAC, KOM, IPT, and Program Status

Plans transition services with Program Manager, including WITO and O&M

Required

Technical BA / BS degree; Or High School Diploma or Associate Degree

7 years with BA / BS degree; Or Minimum of 10 years performing as a Network Engineer on large, complex programs / systems with High School Diploma or Associate Degree

This position requires an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret (Tier 3) level clearance

Minimum of 2 years managing / leading large, complex network modernizations

Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Experience working with DoD or USG programs
