Responsibilities
Proactively engage your market and network daily to identify potential clients
Your primary daily goal: assist two individuals in completing our short retirement needs survey
Actively participate in client meetings alongside a senior agent to learn our consultative sales process firsthand
Engage in daily training and coaching sessions to rapidly develop your product knowledge and sales skills
Qualification
Required
You must be willing to obtain a State Life & Health Insurance Producer License
You must commit to the daily goal of getting two surveys completed
You must commit to attending our weekly virtual training sessions with your camera on
Must be a self-starter, capable of generating your own leads and prospecting activity
Highly coachable and willing to follow a proven system without deviation
