Responsibilities

Manage a large portfolio of 250–300+ business and individual tax clients

Review and sign off on complex tax returns (primarily business-focused)

Provide proactive tax planning and consulting throughout the year

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings

Oversee workstreams and deadlines to ensure accurate, timely filings

Train, mentor, and manage junior tax team members

Stay current with federal, state, and local tax laws and advise clients accordingly

Identify process improvement opportunities within client service delivery
