Senior Parking Strategy Manager
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is one of the most successful airports in the world, recognized for its innovation and leadership. The Sr. Parking Strategy Manager will drive the evolution of Prebooked Parking Online and commercial strategy, focusing on increasing parking revenue and enhancing customer experience through data-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
Leads and delivers the overall parking product strategy and roadmap, aligning product development with revenue goals, customer experience, and operational priorities across digital and physical platforms
Partners with Technology Services and Marketing to improve the Prebooked Parking Online booking journey and launch new product initiatives
Develops and manages Prebooking Parking Online product offerings that incorporate dynamic pricing and real-time customer engagement, using digital, artificial intelligence and physical platforms to maximize revenue opportunities
Builds comprehensive business cases, communicating rationale to internal stakeholders and representing Parking Yield Management on project execution teams
Measures customer satisfaction, Net Promoter Score, and PPO interventions metrics (e.g., call rate, refund rate). Identifies opportunities to improve parking customer experience
Collaborates with large DFW corporate customers to stimulate Prebooking Parking Online awareness, managing corporate programs
Leverages advanced analytical approaches to guide product strategy, optimize parking yield, and maximize revenue
Grows Prebooking Parking Online awareness in the DFW area, measures parking market share, and incorporates new data tools to learn more about DFW-originating customers
Analyzes business performance metrics and customer behavior data to inform A/B testing strategies and drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
Manages customer feedback and loyalty strategies to inform product improvements, retention initiatives, and revenue impact analysis
Monitors market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to ensure DFW’s parking products remain innovative, relevant, and competitive
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Five (5) or more years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, brand management, revenue management, or a related field
Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field
Experience in commercial strategy, corporate finance, or analytics
Knowledge of product management principles, AI/ML tools, and data forecasting techniques
Experience working within a large hub airport, airline, or the travel industry
