Responsibilities

Oversee and ensure the successful execution of program tasks and deliverables in alignment with the DCAA FCOP Phase III contract
Maintain compliance with federal contract requirements, including management of all project documentation and deliverables
Lead and attend recurring meetings with DCAA stakeholders; capture and submit meeting minutes as required
Support the development and implementation of process automation and data analytics tools to enhance financial reporting and decision-making
Manage and report on government-furnished equipment, inventory, and property accountability in accordance with contract requirements
Ensure timely submission of all required status reports (bi-weekly and monthly), training materials, and other program deliverables
Maintain and support audit readiness, including preparation for and response to audits
Foster a culture of compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement within the program team
Ensure all personnel meet required security, citizenship, and clearance requirements

Required

Bachelor's Degree
More than 10 years of demonstrated experience in program or project management in a federal or Department of Defense environment
US citizenship required (dual/triple citizenship not permitted)
Ability to obtain and maintain IT III clearance (or higher)

Preferred

Experience with DCAA programs, systems, or financial management processes
Expertise in business process automation, advanced analytics, and dashboard/reporting development
Ability to engage with senior government stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
Familiarity with federal contract compliance and audit readiness requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
