Senior Manager, Business Operations eCommerce
Walmart Canada is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Operations eCommerce who will play a critical role in shaping the success of their seller community. The role involves defining and monitoring performance standards, driving continuous improvement through data analysis, and managing cross-functional teams to enhance seller performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to monitor, evaluate, and enhance seller performance, ensuring alignment with Performance Standards objectives
Lead a team responsible for the operational execution of seller performance programs, including performance monitoring, reporting, and improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Customer Service, and Data Analytics, to identify and address key drivers of seller performance
Provide feedback to the Performance Operations Strategy and Programs team based on metrics and KPIs to effectively measure seller performance and operational efficiency
Manage communication and relationships with key internal stakeholders, providing guidance to improve performance and compliance with platform standards
Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing solutions to optimize processes and enhance seller engagement
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices related to seller management and performance optimization
Build, maintain and own process to ensure Product Roadmap and initiatives are meeting the strategic direction and needs of Seller Performance, Health, and Trust
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
7-10 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on seller performance management or seller/vendor relations, preferably in an e-commerce or online Marketplace
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive decisions based on data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships at all levels
Deep understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace dynamics
2 years' supervisory experience
Preferred
Master's degree or MBA
Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related area
