Responsibilities
Report directly to the CEO, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Go-To-Market teams
Shape our operating model, scale our infrastructure, and be accountable for performance across quality, throughput and cost
Manage a team of Strategy & Ops Associates and foster a culture of rigor, ownership, and bias to action
Build strong relationships with researchers at leading AI labs and translate their goals into concrete project plans and technical requirements
Spot failure points early, whether in sourcing, quality, or process, and take ownership of fixing them
Use metrics to track performance, prioritize work, and make decisions about where we grow and what we build next
You'll take accountability for outcomes across operations, product, engineering and our customers; you'll have full-stack ownership of designing systems, managing execution, solving bottlenecks and driving impact
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in high-ownership roles (e.g. founder, GM, COO-type role, strategy/ops at a venture-backed startup)
Proven people management experience and comfortable leading teams and mentoring early-career talent
Technical fluency; SQL required. Background in CS, industrial engineering, or similar a plus
Systems thinker who can design for scale and durability, not just fight fires
Relentless operator: high standards, bias to action, strong attention to detail
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid pace; thrives in a 'build while flying' environment
Low-ego, collaborative, and mission-driven
