Responsibilities
Provides support to persons aged 18 and over with co-occurring developmental disabilities and mental or behavioral health needs who are temporarily accessing crisis or planned therapeutic stays within the REACH Crisis Therapeutic Home
Provides support to children and adolescents with co-occurring developmental disabilities and mental or behavioral health needs who are temporarily accessing crisis or planned therapeutic stays within the Youth REACH Crisis Therapeutic Homes outside of Region I
Participates in the daily routine of the home and provides support for therapeutic intervention, habilitative activities, personal care, health care and other activities
Qualification
Required
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP or QMHP-T)
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in human services or related field from an accredited institution
No less than one year of full-time relevant experience
Valid Virginia Driver's License plus an acceptable driving record as issued by the Division of Motor Vehicles
Ability to perform all essential duties
Preferred
Master's Degree in a human service field (counseling, special education, psychology, social work, or closely related field)
