Confidential company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with hands-on experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure the highest quality standards for their warehouse operations technology. The role involves designing, implementing, and executing test strategies for WMS applications and integrated warehouse technologies.

Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive QA test plans, test cases, and test scripts for WMS functionalities and integrations
Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and performance testing
Collaborate with Product, Development, and Operations teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
Validate configurations, workflows, and data flows within WMS platforms
Identify, log, and track defects using test management tools such as JIRA or similar
Create and maintain automated test scripts to support regression testing
Analyze test results, provide detailed reports, and recommend quality improvements
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in go-live readiness
Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and QA documentation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in WMS or warehouse technology environments
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes
Experience with WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, or similar
Familiarity with QA tools like Selenium, Postman, TestRail, and JIRA
Ability to write and maintain SQL queries for data validation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred

Experience testing warehouse automation systems (e.g., conveyor controls, RF scanners, robotics)
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Knowledge of API testing and CI/CD pipelines
ISTQB or similar QA certifications are a plus
