They are seeking an Entry Level Mechanical Claims Adjuster who will be responsible for adjudicating claims, verifying requests, and ensuring timely customer service while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

Understand Ancillary policies to adjudicate claims

Verification of submitted claim requests to ensure they comply with the terms of contract coverage

Process verified claims in an online portal, including documenting all communications

Work directly with repair facilities, providing payment on approved claims

Answer internal/external claim and coverage inquiries via phone, email, mail, and fax communications

Work with other adjusters and other departments to ensure accuracy & timely customer service

Timely and accurate record keeping, including data entry, analysis and storage of incoming documents, spreadsheet management, and tracking needed follow-up communications
