Overseeing the day-to-day production operations
Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinating with suppliers
Managing production schedules
Supervising production staff
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives
Resolving any issues that arise during production
Qualification
Required
Experience in overseeing production operations, scheduling, and coordinating with suppliers
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage production staff
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Education in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field is a plus
Experience in the construction or remodeling industry is an advantage
