Responsibilities
Warmly greet and seat guests - Create a friendly, organized first impression; manage waitlists when needed
Direct guest flow - Coordinate with servers and kitchen to optimize table turnover and reduce wait times
Maintain hospitality at the door - Smile, answer questions, and represent the Puckett’s brand with pride
Assist with clearing and resetting tables - Support the team during busy periods to keep the dining room clean and flowing
Assist with POS Grab & Go purchases, keeping hostess stand cleaned and stocked
Qualification
Required
Must be able to pass TSA background check and obtain airport badge
Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
Flexible and dependable for early/late shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail preferred
Familiarity with customer service or front-of-house restaurant work is a plus
