Qualification
Required
Expertise in cyberspace operations and training methodologies
Experience in workforce development and team management
Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful training programs
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Education, or related field
Minimum three years of experience in a training leadership role
Preferred
Background in strategic training support and development of cyberspace environments
Experience in collaborative planning and coordination with different agencies
